Novella and Tatiana met by chance in Auckland in 2002. They had both quit their respective jobs to keep their families together, sharing the same family journey around the world of sailing.

Since then they’ve travelled and lived in the same places - Valencia, San Diego, Auckland, San Francisco, Palermo and Rimini (a city bursting with life, where fashion bumps just after the Milan exhibition and where new designers go to find inspiration). Through their travels they saw many different ‘Treasures’ (people, projects, cities, cultures ...) and thought this could be part of a new job, so in the summer of 2012 they created the brand NOVIETATI.
